Inka: The settings depend on the quality of your objective: the better aperture you have in your objective, the better photos you can get (if the settings are correct). I have three objectives, but I usually use the objective that has only 4 - 5,6 aperture (I also have an objective that has 1.8 aperture but it's not good for movement pictures, only for portraits). The objective is not so good, but of course in sunny weather you get some good pics. And I have IS (image stabilizer) in my objective, it helps a lot. Also the exposure time should be as minimum as it is possible, and it depends how much there is light. However, if it is dark you have to use very large exposure time (e.g. 1/40), and therefore you can't take any movement pics (they get blurry). In this photo (http://www.iosonocirneco.com/galleria/syyskuu08/mikitosca18b.jpg) the settings are the following ISO 200 Aperture 5 Shutter Speed (Exposure Time) = 1/1600 second Focal Length = 210 mm
